Yes! We have COAs for all of our CBD Hemp flower we sell on our site. Every order of flower includes a COA. If you’d like to see it beforehand just contact us. All of our CBD flower is compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and grown without pesticides.

When will my pre-order arrive?2020-10-13T09:56:46-04:00

Pre-orders state the general time the item will arrive on the pre-order product page. With all pre-orders we always strive to get the item to you as quickly as possible. However, during the holiday seasons sometimes mailing services can be delayed. We will send you order updates to let you know once your item has shipped. If you’d like to inquire further please use the Contact Us form and provide your order number.

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they’re available Mon-Fri. They do NOT follow the normal item shipping schedule of Tuesdays and Fridays for shipping only. 

Before pre-ordering please READ ALL INFORMATION and ASK ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO ORDERING. All custom and pre-orders are considered final. Refunds will not be given for pre-order items.

Yes, we occasionally offer custom solutions and orders. If the item listed is a custom item it will state it on the item page and description or details. If you’d like to know more about custom solutions and items that are not shown in our store please use the Contact Us page to reach out for more info.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted.
 
In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account page.
Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to view your Order History and view past orders and current orders that you have placed.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express . We also accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Zelle, Cash App, and Cryptocurrency Options are coming soon.
 
If an item says call, email, or contact us to order then we only accept CashApp and Zelle Payments for those items.

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use the sizing info listed as a general guide to compare the various size scales.
If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service.

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will display that. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. Most items are limited releases and can sell out at any time.
If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
If the item is listed as a pre-order then your item will ship according to the product details and estimated shipping date. If you’re unable to wait for a pre-order please don’t place an order for pre-order.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the CHECKOUT button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.
