We ship all non-custom orders (including tinctures) within 5 business days of placing an order. If an item is ordered on the weekend the first business day is the following Monday (not including national holidays). BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY.
If you have ordered a custom blend, tincture, mEdible Gift box, or any other custom item please read the custom order section below. All food and edible orders are made to order for maximum freshness.
We cannot give an exact time of how long delivery will take beyond what the tracking number indicates. Your tracking number will give you the most accurate time estimate. If you have any other questions please feel free to use the Contact page to send us a message.
All sales are FINAL. Returns are not accepted due to the rare and exclusive nature of the items we sell. The ONLY exception is if you get sent an incorrect item you didn’t order. Please make sure you read all the product descriptions and ask any questions by contacting us BEFORE making a purchase. We spend time making sure every product description is accurate. If you have questions that aren’t included on the Product page then please contact us via our Contact page. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please allow up to 10 business days before receiving your shipping tracking number for custom orders. If you are unable to wait the 10 business days for tracking please do not place a custom order.
Business days are Monday-Friday. Custom orders are made to order and aren’t available to ship until they are complete. Please leave any details you would like to communicate in the Order Notes during checkout for custom orders ONLY.
